Methods We Use In Cleaning
Hot Water Extraction ( Steam Clean)
The most commonly used method. This provides Hot Steam of around 75 degrees - 225 degrees to soften the surface fabric and loosens up dirt in and around the traffic areas. Hot Steam vaporizes MOST Spots and Stains for quick removal. This process also penetrates deep through the carpet fabric and cleans most of the soiling trapped underneath. This method can be used on both Residential and Commercial.
Low Moisture Cleaning
This is applicable mostly to Commercial Establishments that have a very high traffic area and soiled carpets. The process includes a pre-spray of a special peroxide formula that absorbs and turns the dirt into crystals. Also called Encapsulation.
Rotary Scrubbing (ROTOVAC SCRUBBER)
Used on both residential and Commercial Cleanings. Best for glued down carpets or carpets that are heavily soiled and have visible spots. A combination of 2 soft brushes rotating which agitates the surface and at the same time extracting the dirt. A more expensive process.

Upholstery
Steam Cleaning
This method usually is for Most Cotton and Polyester Fabrics which
are oftenly colored and stained. A pre-spray and shampoo will allow
the dirt and most stains to soften up and easily be extracted.
Dry Cleaning
This method usually is for white, light colored fabrics and most of all delicate fabrics. Dry cleaning method has slowly becoming a popular process. It is a less preparation for the cleaner and very useful for the owners as the immediate usage is available and no more of the usual wait time. This process can also be applied to normal fabrics such as polyester and cotton but with minimal stains or spots. For a more detailed description of the methods to be used for your Upholstery check the Manufacturer Tags. The Dry Clean process is a bit expensive than its counterpart. You can ask your Technician for more Infomation.
